The price is set before any of our work begins, when we discuss the initial sketch and the intended idea.

Pricing

We work at a rate of $70 (USD) per hour. A price estimate for the entire project is always discussed before the design work begins. This discussion takes place when the project is first scoped and the complexity of the project is conveyed by the client. Low complexity

One or two simple elements. For example, single crystal structures. Often, figures which are intended for single slides of presentations fall into this category. These figures typically take less than an hour to create.

Medium complexity

Most pieces fall into this category. They typically contain multiple disparate components which require time to create and composite. Figures in this category can take more than one hour, and often require multiple iterations.
